About the ROKA Sunglasses Try-On Handling Fee

The Sunglasses Try-On Handling Fee by ROKA, available through BlackTree at www.myblacktree.com, is a specialized service designed to enhance your home try-on experience. This handling fee facilitates the seamless delivery and management of sunglasses for customers opting to evaluate eyewear in the comfort of their own home. By incorporating this fee, ROKA ensures that the process remains efficient, secure, and customer-focused, maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

This fee supports key features such as the add-locksmith-lock system, which guarantees the safe handling and return of the sunglasses during the trial period. Additionally, the service benefits from a 5% price decrease, reflecting BlackTree’s commitment to offering competitive and fair pricing. The handling fee is tailored to exclude reviews and sales, emphasizing its role as a dedicated service charge rather than a product sale, ensuring clarity and transparency for customers.
