Tillandsia Druid White

A rare gem in the air plant world, this plant boasts pale green-yellow leaves and produces delicate white tubular flowers. Its soft hues and minimalistic charm make it perfect for modern home decor.

Tillandsia Funckiana

With needle-like leaves and a winding growth habit, this exotic air plant produces eye-catching red blooms. It’s hardy and great for beginners.

Spanish Moss (Tillandsia usneoides)

This cascading, silvery-green plant adds elegant charm, making it perfect for hanging displays. It also doubles as a natural air purifier.

Tillandsia Pink Quill (Wallisia Cyanea)

Famous for its pink quill-shaped bracts and vibrant purple flowers, this air plant is a true conversation starter. Unlike others, it can adapt to soil with well-draining mixes.

Perfect for Any Space

Whether placed indoors or outdoors, air plants adapt beautifully to any environment:

Indoors

Outdoors

Care Guide

Watering

Water your air plants 2-3 times a week using misting or soaking methods:

• Misting: Spray your plant until dripping wet.
• Soaking: Immerse the plant in water for 20-30 minutes, then let it dry completely. Shake off any excess water or place the plant upside down to ensure it dries within a few hours to prevent rot. Avoid overwatering and ensure proper air circulation after watering.

Light Requirements:

Air plants thrive in bright, indirect sunlight for 3-4 hours daily. Keep them near a window or a ventilated space. Avoid direct sunlight as it may scorch the leaves.

Humidity and Temperature:

Humidity: Ideal range is 50-70%. Misting helps maintain humidity levels.
Temperature: Best suited for 10°C to 32°C, making them perfect for Indian climates.

Display Options:

• Mount on driftwood, rocks, or decorative boards for a rustic look.
• Hang in glass terrariums for a modern, minimalistic vibe.
• Use in vertical gardens, wreaths, or as unique centerpieces.
• Place them in hanging baskets or attach them to walls with wire or glue.

Fertiliser

Feed monthly with a diluted, water-soluble fertiliser, such as seaweed extract or panchagavya. Fertilising promotes blooms and encourages pups (baby plants). Always fertilise after watering to avoid burning the plant.

Pruning

Keep air plants fresh and vibrant by trimming any brown or damaged leaves. This encourages new growth, prevents rot, and enhances airflow around the plant.

Pest Management

Air plants are generally low-maintenance, but they can occasionally be infested by mealybugs. To manage this, spray the plant with neem oil or rinse it under running water to remove the pests. Regular checks and good air circulation help prevent infestations.

Unique Trichomes

Air plants have tiny, fuzzy trichomes on their leaves, which act like sponges to absorb water and nutrients. Trichomes also protect against pests, regulate temperature, and enhance light absorption, making these plants hardy and drought-tolerant.

Pups – The Next Generation

After blooming, air plants produce baby plants, called pups. Once the pups reach one-third the size of the mother plant, separate and care for them individually to grow your collection!

Benefits of Air Plants

Improves Air Quality

Removes airborne contaminants and increases humidity.

Stress-Relief

Creates a soothing atmosphere.

Long Lifespan

With proper care, they can live for several years.

Note: The plants may or may not contain flowers or buds. There are chances that the buds/flowers could dry up due to transit stress even though we pack them with extreme care. The local climatic conditions and fertilization habits can affect the brightness & colour intensity of flowers. While we make every effort to match the actual colours of the flowers, the photographs may not be the exact representation, due to different monitor settings.

Shipping: This air plant ships for FREE. Please note that we might need up to 2-3 business days to properly dry and pack the plant and ship them.
