Myblacktree.com typically dispatches all confirmed orders within 4 to 7 working days. However, in exceptional cases, the dispatch timeline may extend up to 15 working days due to factors such as high order volume, product availability, or unforeseen logistical delays.

  • Delivery Timeline: After dispatch, delivery generally occurs within 2 to 7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

  • Carriers Used: Registered domestic courier companies / speed post only.

  • Shipping Charges: Free Standard Delivery Pan-India.

  • Cash on Delivery: Available for eligible PIN codes. COD payments are accepted only at the time of delivery.

  • Delays: BlackTree is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

  • Delivery Address: All deliveries are made only to the registered shipping address provided at checkout, unless specifically updated before dispatch.

  • Unserviceable PIN Codes: If your PIN code is temporarily unserviceable, kindly re-check after 7 days or contact our support.


2️⃣ International Shipping (Worldwide)

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 7 to 15 working days after confirmation.

  • Shipping Partner: International consignments are shipped via reputed carriers such as DHL Express, Aramex, FedEx, or India Post EMS, depending on destination and service availability.

  • Flat Rate: A uniform ₹ 2 800 INR (approx $34 USD) is charged per order up to 2 kg volumetric weight.

  • Delivery Timeline: Typically 7 – 15 business days post-dispatch; may vary by country, customs clearance, and local handling.

  • Customs & Duties: Import duties, VAT or taxes (if any) are payable by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  • Address Accuracy: International deliveries will be made only to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure full name, contact number, and postal code are accurate.

  • Courier Liability: myblacktree.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by courier companies / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier within 15 working days from order confirmation or payment.

  • Exceptional Circumstances Clause: In rare cases, delays beyond 15 working days may occur due to customs hold, high shipping congestion, or force majeure events.

Additional International Shipping Notes:

  • International orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms – local import duties, VAT, or taxes (if any) are payable by the recipient at delivery.

  • Transit times mentioned above are approximate; customs inspections may extend delivery by 3–10 business days.

  • We do not ship loose lithium batteries; all watches include installed button cells that fully comply with international air-shipping safety regulations.

  • International returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

  • Please ensure that your complete address and an active phone number are provided at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

 

  • myblacktree.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
  • myblacktree.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
  • Cash on Delivery option available

  • For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
  • For cash on delivery (COD) transactions, payments will be accepted only in cash when the product is delivered
  • Partial refunds will not be entertained
  • If you return an order delivered to you, COD charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on "Blacktree" Returns Policy
  • The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.
  • We dispatch our orders within 15 business days from the order confirmation date. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

All product images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary in color, finish, packaging, or design due to manufacturing or vendor differences.
Such variations do not qualify as a defect or misrepresentation.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for concerns related to size, color, or design preferences, unless the error is directly attributable to the company.
Refunds for unfulfilled or canceled orders will be issued by default to the company’s secure BlackTree Wallet (digital credit balance for future purchases on our website).
  • If the order is not fulfilled by the company or is canceled by the customer, the paid amount will be refunded to the company's digital wallet ("Blacktree Wallet").
  • The wallet balance can only be used to buy products from our website.

3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only in cases of genuine issues with size, pattern, or design.
Customers must return the product in its original condition with complete packaging and bear the return shipping costs.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality verification check.
Upon approval, customers will be notified by email/phone, and a replacement will be arranged.
A standard re-dispatch charge of ₹250/- applies for all exchanges.

4. Third-Party Branded Products & Customer Confirmation

For products sourced from third-party brands (not manufactured by BlackTree), availability may occasionally vary due to supplier constraints.
In such cases, a product of the same brand and ordered size/specifications may be dispatched as a substitute.
As dispatch confirmation emails may sometimes contain only the order number without product details, customers are required to take the initiative to verify and confirm within 24 hours of receiving the tracking email whether the dispatched product corresponds to their order.

If any issue, variation, or substitution is identified and reported within this 24-hour window, the company will hold the dispatch and initiate the appropriate refund or replacement process.

Please note: In the absence of such confirmation within the stipulated timeframe, the order will be deemed correct and accepted, and no refund/return claims will be entertained thereafter (except where legally required).

5. Drop-Shipping Orders
Certain products are sourced from manufacturers/vendors only after an order is placed (drop-shipping).
Such orders may require an additional 15–20 business days compared to standard delivery timelines.
In rare cases, the supplier may face stock shortages or delays. Customers placing such orders acknowledge these risks and agree that fulfillment timelines may vary.

6. Cancellation & Refunds for Unfulfilled Orders
If the order cannot be fulfilled due to supplier or logistics constraints, or is canceled by the customer within the allowable period, the paid amount will be refunded as per Section 2.
Refunds processed to BlackTree Wallet may only be redeemed for future purchases from our website.

7. General Safeguard & Legal Acceptance
By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These conditions are designed to protect customers through transparent communication, while also safeguarding the company’s operational ability to deliver effectively.

All shipping timelines are approximate and non-binding. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery delays caused by external logistics providers are beyond our control.
Our responsibility is limited to dispatch of the order within the stipulated timeline and providing proof of handover to the authorized courier service.
