Shipping & Delivery Policy
- myblacktree.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
- myblacktree.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- Cash on Delivery option available
- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
- For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
- For cash on delivery (COD) transactions, payments will be accepted only in cash when the product is delivered
- Partial refunds will not be entertained
- If you return an order delivered to you, COD charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on "Blacktree" Returns Policy
- The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.
- We dispatch our orders within 15 business days from the order confirmation date. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

Exchange Policy:
- If there is an issue with the size, pattern, or design, an exchange will be offered.
- The customer must return the product in its original condition and cover the shipping cost.
- After the product is received at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check.
- If approved, the customer will be notified by phone or email.
- The replacement product will be sent after the customer agrees to pay an additional shipping charge of INR 250/-.

Drop-Shipping Products:
- Some products are purchased from manufacturers or vendors after the order is placed (drop-shipping).
- These products may take an additional 15–20 days for delivery compared to regular orders.
- In some cases, the supplier may face stock shortages. Customers should place such orders at their own risk.

Refund for Unfulfilled or Canceled Orders:
- If the order is not fulfilled by the company or is canceled by the customer, the paid amount will be refunded to the company's digital wallet ("Blacktree Wallet").
- The wallet balance can only be used to buy products from our website.
- All Disputes are subject to PATNA jurisdiction only.
