SHIPPING POLICY
Any cancellation request raised after order confirmation but before dispatch shall NOT be eligible for refund, as procurement costs and operational commitments are already incurred.
Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that raising a payment gateway chargeback or bank dispute after order confirmation does not override this policy, and such disputes will be contested with documentary evidence, including proof of order confirmation, procurement initiation, and shipping arrangements.
This policy applies uniformly to both domestic and international orders, irrespective of delivery timelines, customs clearance, or third-party courier delays.
If the customer receives the product and claims any issue relating to damage, defect, mismatch, or discrepancy, such claim shall be considered valid only if:
(a) a clear and continuous unboxing video is recorded before opening the package, and
(b) the issue is reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery to our official email ID.
In the absence of a proper unboxing video and timely written communication, the order shall be deemed correct, accepted, and fully delivered.
Any chargeback, bank dispute, or payment reversal raised without complying with the above conditions — including disputes based on fulfilment source, packaging origin, delivery delay, or post-delivery claims — shall be treated as invalid and will be contested with documentary and fulfilment evidence, except where legally mandated.
Force Majeure – International Shipping (War / Flight Suspension)
In the event of war, geopolitical conflict, airspace closure, flight suspension, or any force majeure circumstance affecting international logistics, all confirmed international orders shall remain valid and non-cancelable. Delivery timelines may be extended, and the customer agrees to wait until services resume.
If the customer voluntarily requests cancellation during such disruption, the Company may, at its sole discretion, process a refund after deducting up to 20% of the order value towards procurement, processing, and operational costs.
By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.However, in exceptional cases, the dispatch timeline may extend up to 15 to 20 working days due to high order volume, product availability, or unforeseen logistical delays.
International orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms – local import duties, VAT, or taxes (if any) are payable by the recipient at delivery.
Transit times mentioned above are approximate; customs inspections may extend delivery by 3–10 business days.
We do not ship loose lithium batteries; all watches include installed button cells that fully comply with international air-shipping safety regulations.
International returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Please ensure that your complete address and an active phone number are provided at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
myblacktree.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
(a) Direct refusal of delivery at the destination address or postal facility.
(b) Failure to collect the shipment within the courier or postal holding period.
(c) Non-response to delivery notifications, customs clearance requests, or courier communication.
(d) Failure or refusal to pay import duties, VAT, customs charges, or local taxes.
(e) Providing an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery address.
(f) Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
(g) Any other circumstance that results in the shipment being returned to the origin country.
Such shipments will be classified as Return-to-Origin (RTO).
Once an order becomes RTO:
• The order shall be treated as **completed and fulfilled** once dispatched and export-cleared.
• **No refund and no re-dispatch will be provided** for RTO shipments.
• The buyer remains responsible for any return freight, customs charges, storage fees, or administrative costs incurred during the return process.
• Failure to accept delivery or pay applicable import duties automatically voids any eligibility for refund, replacement, or compensation.
These provisions apply to all international shipments and form part of the binding purchase agreement between the buyer and MyBlackTree India Private Limited.
Such variations do not qualify as a defect or misrepresentation.
Refunds for unfulfilled or canceled orders will be issued by default to the company’s secure BlackTree Wallet (digital credit balance for future purchases on our website).
If the order is not fulfilled by the company or is canceled by the customer, the paid amount will be refunded to the company's digital wallet ("Blacktree Wallet").
The wallet balance can only be used to buy products from our website.
Customers must return the product in its original condition with complete packaging and bear the return shipping costs.
Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality verification check.
Upon approval, customers will be notified by email/phone, and a replacement will be arranged.
A standard re-dispatch charge of ₹250/- applies for all exchanges.
In such cases, a product of the same brand and ordered size/specifications may be dispatched as a substitute.
As dispatch confirmation emails may sometimes contain only the order number without product details, customers are required to take the initiative to verify and confirm within 24 hours of receiving the tracking email whether the dispatched product corresponds to their order.

If any issue, variation, or substitution is identified and reported within this 24-hour window, the company will hold the dispatch and initiate the appropriate refund or replacement process.
Please note: In the absence of such confirmation within the stipulated timeframe, the order will be deemed correct and accepted, and no refund/return claims will be entertained thereafter (except where legally required).
Such orders may require an additional 15–20 business days compared to standard delivery timelines.
In rare cases, the supplier may face stock shortages or delays. Customers placing such orders acknowledge these risks and agree that fulfillment timelines may vary.
Refunds processed to BlackTree Wallet may only be redeemed for future purchases from our website.
These conditions are designed to protect customers through transparent communication, while also safeguarding the company’s operational ability to deliver effectively.
All shipping timelines are approximate and non-binding. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery delays caused by external logistics providers are beyond our control.
Our responsibility is limited to dispatch of the order within the stipulated timeline and providing proof of handover to the authorized courier service.
