1) Self-Attested Copy of PAN Card & Aadhaar Card
2) Self-Attested Copy of Business Proof (Gumasta License / Partnership Deed / Company Incorporation Certificate etc.)
3) Self-Attested Copy of GST Certificate
4) Business Address Proof (Latest ownership documents self owned) OR
Rent or Lease Agreement (if property Leased out)
5) 2 Photographs of each party
6) Copy of Cancelled Cheque
7) Authorisation Letter in favor of person signing the agreement
8) Latest Electricity Bill
9) Copy of payment of Rs.30 Lacs
10) Any other documents will be informed at the time of execution of the agreement.
