As the Logistics Operations Manager at BlackTree Fashion & E-commerce Brand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless flow of products from production to delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and supply chain operations, managing the distribution network, and optimizing processes to enhance overall efficiency. Your role will contribute significantly to BlackTree's commitment to delivering high-quality fashion products to its global customer base.

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet the demands of a fast-paced fashion industry.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and inventory management teams to optimize stock levels and ensure timely availability of products.

Distribution Network Oversight:

  • Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers globally.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics partners to streamline transportation and distribution processes.

Inventory Control:

  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts, overstock situations, and losses.
  • Regularly analyze and report on inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure that products meet BlackTree's standards before shipping.
  • Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize logistics and supply chain processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Introduce technology-driven solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to logistics operations.
  • Address and resolve any logistics-related issues that may impact customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, customs documentation, and other relevant logistics data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree OR NONE for Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations management, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and distribution network optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.

Whats it About:

  • We are looking for a hard working and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, executing, and reporting the digital marketing strategies deployed across paid media channels.
  • You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and machine learning products and also be comfortable with hands-on execution across all Digital Marketing Channels. The DME will work with the marketing team, category team, design team, editorial teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. The objective of this role is to significantly grow the overall sales revenue for BlackTree India through campaign planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building, planning and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy across paid media channels like Google, Facebook, Affiliates, and Ad Exchanges.
  • Strategize, execute and optimize campaigns on Google Search, UAC, UACe, Display, YouTube, Shopping.
  • Discovery ads, Amazon Ads, and other Marketplace Ads.
  • Strategize and execute campaigns on Facebook, Dynamic Ads, Prospecting and Remarketing Ads with robust data analysis, A/B tests and testing new ad formats.
  • Creative eye for design and experience working within brand guidelines. Thematising and briefing for content and creatives as per the campaign objective, Sales and other promotional activities.
  • Evaluating business metrics and performance metrics for end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Measure and report across all media channels and assess goals and KPIs
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and internal data trends
  • Drive scalability while improving or maintaining ROI
  • Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget and media plan across paid media
  • Ability to visualize and report on important data metrics across both business and marketing.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Must-Haves:

  • Min 2 years proven experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in executing campaigns across Google and Facebook Ads
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels

Nice To Have:

  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SEM, Google Analytics, Similarweb, Attribution tools like Branch, etc
  • Understanding of data, attribution models and reporting across platforms.
