1. Product Representation
All product images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary in color, finish, packaging, or design due to manufacturing or vendor differences.
Such variations do not qualify as a defect or misrepresentation.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for concerns related to size, color, or design preferences, unless the error is directly attributable to the company.
Refunds for unfulfilled or canceled orders will be issued by default to the company’s secure BlackTree Wallet (digital credit balance for future purchases on our website).
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only in cases of genuine issues with size, pattern, or design.
Customers must return the product in its original condition with complete packaging and bear the return shipping costs.
Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality verification check.
Upon approval, customers will be notified by email/phone, and a replacement will be arranged.
A standard re-dispatch charge of ₹250/- applies for all exchanges.
4. Third-Party Branded Products & Customer Confirmation
For products sourced from third-party brands (not manufactured by BlackTree), availability may occasionally vary due to supplier constraints.
In such cases, a product of the same brand and ordered size/specifications may be dispatched as a substitute.
As dispatch confirmation emails may sometimes contain only the order number without product details, customers are required to take the initiative to verify and confirm within 24 hours of receiving the tracking email whether the dispatched product corresponds to their order.

If any issue, variation, or substitution is identified and reported within this 24-hour window, the company will hold the dispatch and initiate the appropriate refund or replacement process.
Please note: In the absence of such confirmation within the stipulated timeframe, the order will be deemed correct and accepted, and no refund/return claims will be entertained thereafter (except where legally required).
5. Drop-Shipping Orders
Certain products are sourced from manufacturers/vendors only after an order is placed (drop-shipping).
Such orders may require an additional 15–20 business days compared to standard delivery timelines.
In rare cases, the supplier may face stock shortages or delays. Customers placing such orders acknowledge these risks and agree that fulfillment timelines may vary.
6. Cancellation & Refunds for Unfulfilled Orders
If the order cannot be fulfilled due to supplier or logistics constraints, or is canceled by the customer within the allowable period, the paid amount will be refunded as per Section 2.
Refunds processed to BlackTree Wallet may only be redeemed for future purchases from our website.
7. General Safeguard & Legal Acceptance
By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These conditions are designed to protect customers through transparent communication, while also safeguarding the company’s operational ability to deliver effectively.
