1. INITIAL APPLICATION

• FILL THE FORM AND REVERT BACK WITH THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS: You need to fill out an application form and submit it with required documents.

2. LOCATION VERIFICATION

• SHARE PHOTOGRAPHS OF YOUR SHOP AND RENTAL DEED/REGISTRATION DEED COPY: Share photos of your shop location and a copy of the rental deed or registration deed to verify ownership/tenancy.

3. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION (3-4 WORKING DAYS)

• ONBOARDING TEAM VERIFIES YOUR DOCUMENTS: The BlackTree team will verify the documents you submitted.

4. AGREEMENT REVIEW (4-6 WORKING DAYS)

• LEGAL TEAM REVIEWS THE AGREEMENT TERMS AND APPROVES THEM: The legal team will review and approve the franchise agreement.

5. AGREEMENT RECEPTION (4-6 WORKING DAYS)

• AGREEMENT COPY IS DISPATCHED FROM PUNE TO THE FRANCHISE'S ADDRESS FOR SIGN-UP: The agreement copy will be sent to your address for signing.

6. AGREEMENT SUBMISSION (2 DAYS)

• AGREEMENT SCAN OR HARD COPY DISPATCH VIA FRANCHISE: Sign the agreement and send it back scanned or via courier within 2 days.

7. STORE LAYOUT ASSESSMENT (2-3 WORKING DAYS)

• INTERIOR TEAM VISITS AND LAYOUT MEASUREMENTS ARE SUBMITTED FROM THE ARCHITECT'S SIDE: The BlackTree team will visit your shop to assess the layout and take measurements.

8. INITIAL DEPOSIT (2-3 WORKING DAYS)

• FRANCHISEE DEPOSITS RS. 10 LAKHS TO THE COMPANY: Make an initial deposit of Rs. 10 lakhs to secure your position as a franchisee.

9. ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS (10-12 WORKING DAYS)

• ARCHITECT DRAWING IS SHARED WITH THE FRANCHISEE: The architect will create detailed drawings and plans for the store setup and share them with you for approval.

10. STORE SETUP (20-30 WORKING DAYS)

• CARPENTER WORK OR CIVIL WORKS BEGIN FROM THE FRANCHISEE'S SIDE: You will be responsible for coordinating the carpenter or civil work to transform your premises based on the approved drawings.

11. QUALITY CHECK (2-3 WORKING DAYS)

• QC TEAM VERIFIES THE WORK: The BlackTree QC team will visit your store to verify if the work adheres to their standards.

12. SECOND DEPOSIT (2-3 WORKING DAYS)

• FRANCHISEE DEPOSITS RS. 15 LAKHS TO THE COMPANY: Make an additional deposit of Rs. 15 lakhs after successful QC verification.

13. STAFF HIRING (2-3 WORKING DAYS)

• BILLING STAFF IS HIRED: Hire billing staff to manage your store's day-to-day operations.

14. STOCK INVENTORY (4-7 WORKING DAYS)

• STOCK BILLING AND DISPATCH IS DONE VIA THE COMPANY: The company will coordinate billing and dispatching the required inventory to your store.

15. STORE SIGNAGE (4-5 WORKING DAYS)

• THE FRONT LIGHT BOARD OR ULTRATHIN BRAND BOARD IS INSTALLED BY THE COMPANY: The company will install the store signage.

16. BILLING SOFTWARE SETUP (2-3 WORKING DAYS)

• BILLING SOFTWARE IS INSTALLED OR TESTED: The company's technical team will install or test the billing software for your store.

17. PRODUCT DISPLAY (1-2 WORKING DAYS)

• PRODUCTS ARE DISPLAYED ON THE SHELF: Arrange and display BlackTree Clothing products on the store shelves.

18. FINAL INSPECTION (1-2 WORKING DAYS)

• THE BRAND MANAGEMENT TEAM CONDUCTS A FINAL QC: The BlackTree brand management team will conduct a final QC check to ensure everything aligns with their standards.

19. MARKETING AND LAUNCH (1 WORKING DAY)

• PRESS RELEASES AND ADVERTISEMENTS ARE RELEASED: The company's marketing team will release press releases and advertisements to create buzz about the new store opening.

20. GRAND OPENING

• FINALLY, THE SHOWROOM IS INAUGURATED: You will officially inaugurate your BlackTree Clothing STORE franchise!
