The Brass Glass (set of 2) is a way of gifting someone the feeling of 'you care'. While water consumed from brass glasses is free from toxins, they also look perfect as an experience of heritage handed down from generation to generation.

Silver is the tin coating which was traditionally called Kalai and is done to keep it from reacting with sour things like buttermilk/Lassi.
2. When should one get the tin recoated on the cookware?
Since the product is not coming directly in contact with heat, the Kalai may last for years. However, ensure that you clean it properly and do not scratch the kalai while washing.
You can use a normal dishwashing soap to clean the utensils from the inside and Pitambari or a paste made from Flour (Atta), Vinegar/Lemon Juice, and salt can be applied on the outside to retain the shine of the utensils.

Refund Policy:

- If there is an issue with the size, pattern, or design, an exchange will be offered.
- The customer must return the product in its original condition and cover the shipping cost.
- After the product is received at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check.
- If approved, the customer will be notified by phone or email.
- The replacement product will be sent after the customer agrees to pay an additional shipping charge of INR 250/-.
