Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be provided for issues related to size, color, or product design unless the problem is caused by a mistake from the company. -
Exchange Policy:
- If there is an issue with the size, pattern, or design, an exchange will be offered.
- The customer must return the product in its original condition and cover the shipping cost.
- After the product is received at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check.
- If approved, the customer will be notified by phone or email.
- The replacement product will be sent after the customer agrees to pay an additional shipping charge of INR 250/-.
